GENERAL_ERROR: IP logger failed when logging!
If someone get this error. Solution is simple.
Go to Phpmyadmin and find your phpbb database. In line find table cc_ip_log, now repair that table if that doesn't work, empty that table
cc_ip_log. DO NOT DELETE it, just empty it.
And it will works OK.
