How to install and how it's working.
When you know this it is really easy.
First you must download all files.
For installing vmware.
wmvare_vmvisor_installer
This you can install on server which is host.
After that you configure server on it.
And you get link where to download client if you didn't download already.
After that you must download client and install it on your windows PC.
With this client you will connect to the vmware server.
When you are connected, now you can attach a CD or ISO with your installation of windows server or linux server or whatever you wan't to virtualize.
Than you install it.
And that's it.
Be avare of how much disk and RAM you will setup for one virtual server, so you will have enough for another.
And if there is a problem to attach storage drives. If you have more disks on virtual host.
Than connect on it with console and use fdisk. There you delet it and set it up again.
After that you must reboot host. And now you can attach those drives...
After that you can install virtual server tools, by vsphere client.
And after all you need a backup of virtual servers so you can using this script vith cronjob
